Crash events in the applications are collected using Firebase Crashlytics©. This data is only used to improve application stability, for no other purpose. Firebase Crashlytics is a trusted service provided by Google©, the related privacy policy is here.
We're using Google Firebase Analytics© service in the Apps and Google Analytics© service in the Website to anonymously analyze user usage. This helps improve the Apps and the Website to meet user needs. The Analytics services collect anonymously users demographic data and device information such as mobile device ID number, model, and manufacturer, version of operating system, country, city name. For non-logged in users, we do not upload or collect any personal information.
For logged in users: the data of shopping lists and user's profile is uploaded to and stored in our server(s). The uploaded data is used only to synchronize users data between their own devices (required by the cloud sync feature) and their shared catalogs with their partners.
User orders including delivery information are submitted, stored in Instorelist server(s) and sent to the destination stores. It's required for the communication between users and their stores, for no other purpose.
The Apps may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device’s camera, storage, device's location. The requested access are required to use related features of the Apps, such as the barcode scanner, item photos, store locations... If you wish to change the Apps access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings and the related features will not be available or will not fully operate.
